About
Responsibilities
Design assets for campaigns, product launches, social, email, web, and sales materials, working closely with product, marketing, and leadership.
Translate complex robotics and AI concepts into clear, compelling visual communication.
Grow skills and ownership as the company scales.
Design marketing and brand assets across channels: social, email, ads, web, and product marketing.
Create visuals for campaigns, launches, and ongoing brand storytelling.
Produce digital and print-ready materials for sales, partnerships, and customer-facing needs.
Support landing pages and product marketing pages with strong visual layout and hierarchy.
Help maintain and apply Matic’s brand system across touchpoints.
Build and use templates to speed up recurring work and keep things consistent.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership to turn ideas into clear visual designs.
Take projects from brief to final delivery with guidance and feedback.
Qualifications
Clear communication and a collaborative mindset.
Good organization and attention to detail.
Strong fundamentals in visual design: layout, typography, color, hierarchy, and composition.
Familiarity with web or CMS tools.
A portfolio showing thoughtful visual or marketing design work (school, internships, or personal projects welcome).
0–2 years of experience, or equivalent hands‑on/project‑based experience.
Comfort working in Figma and basic familiarity with tools like Photoshop or Illustrator.
Ability to take feedback, iterate, and learn quickly.
Interest in consumer tech, hardware, robotics, or product‑driven companies.
Internship or freelance experience in marketing, brand, or visual design.
Excitement about growing into more ownership and responsibility over time.
Basic motion or video skills (After Effects, simple animations, or Lottie).
