About

As an Entry Level Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in creating visually appealing and effective designs for our online training courses, marketing materials, and website. You will work closely with our team of instructional designers, subject matter experts, and marketing professionals to bring our training programs to life through engaging and informative graphics.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop graphics for online training courses, marketing materials, and website
Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to create visually appealing and effective course materials
Create and edit images, illustrations, and animations using Adobe Creative Suite
Ensure all graphics are in line with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel
Use your creativity and design skills to enhance the user experience of our online training courses
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and e‑learning
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or e‑learning environment
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
