Field Sales Representatives (D2D)
to sell
A3 Smart Home security systems
directly to homeowners.
This is a full‑time W‑2 position with base pay plus uncapped commission, offering strong earning potential and clear growth opportunities.

Compensation
Base pay + uncapped commission
On‑Target Earnings: $55,000 – $100,000+

What You’ll Do
Speak with homeowners about smart home security systems
Educate customers on available solutions
Help homeowners select the right system
Close sales and schedule installations
Requirements
Strong communication skills
Motivated and goal‑oriented
Comfortable working in residential neighborhoods
Reliable transportation
No prior sales experience required. Training provided.
