About
Responsibilities
Providing technical support to Supplier Management Teams
Reviewing electrical requirements, designs, ICDs, and drawings
Conducting research, technical investigations, and problem resolution
Supporting system and subsystem design updates and release
Lab testing and evaluation
Providing on‑site supplier support for failure investigations and ensuring technical performance of Line Replaceable Units (LRU)
Performing MRBE tasks and supporting failure review board (FRB)
Assisting with Electrical Engineering proposal activity
Basic Qualifications
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Detail‑oriented with a focus on process and quality
Desired Skills
Previous experience in a Material Review Board (MRB) role, particularly in a production setting
Previous experience in FRB processes
Familiarity with the transition from development to production, including the resolution of design issues and optimization for mass production
Experience in electrical design (preferably production phase) in aerospace or a similar industry
Prior experience with Lockheed Martin programs or similar defense contractors is a plus
Experience working with, and providing technical oversight to, subcontracted suppliers
Experience designing and troubleshooting RF circuits
Security Clearance Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a secret clearance. The position requires a government security clearance.
Location This position is in Dallas, Texas.
Schedule 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week. Part‑time remote telework may be part of the schedule.
