About
Responsibilities
Develop predictive data modeling and engineering solutions, reports, and performance metrics.
Create analytics solutions that balance tradeoffs in a large‑data environment and business operations.
Recommend data modeling and engineering techniques and prepare data for program documentation.
Ensure data quality, provide feedback to improve service delivery, and support design enhancements.
Design and implement robust analytic and reporting software to meet identified needs.
Conduct data exploration, build models, design experiments, and evaluate performance.
Plan, develop, and validate master or detail test plans and strategies.
Act as a business technical expert in designing new applications or enhancements, including integration.
Influence business processes and system infrastructure to improve data quality, availability, and access.
Analyze data for trends, provide in‑depth interpretations, and perform root‑cause analysis.
Summarize results, prepare presentations, and communicate optimization opportunities and remediation actions to leadership.
Requirements
Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Six months of experience in the role or a related occupation.
Six months’ experience with JIRA and Confluence; Agile or SAFe methodologies; testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting.
Experience analyzing large data sets from multiple sources; statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
Proficiency in SQL programming and experience with visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
Advanced MS Excel skills, including formulas, conditional formatting, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, array formulas, and VBA macros.
Compensation Annual salary range: $109,512.00 to $112,200.00. Pay is based on experience, education, geography, and other factors. The position may be eligible for a bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program and an equity award program.
