Responsibilities
Join our team in a critical Business Analyst role.
Work with internal clients to define and refine business needs into actionable user stories and tasks.
Serve as liaison between the client team, development team, and Data Warehouse team, working directly for the Delivery Lead / Product Owner.
Lead data identification, data analysis, unit testing, and manage user testing & sign‑off.
Demonstrate attention to detail, ownership, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent documentation abilities.
Increase efficiency in the development process and reduce exceptions, bugs, and test failures.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a computer or engineering discipline.
At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Solid knowledge of SDLC (Waterfall) and Agile development methodologies.
Strong ability to transform and extract needed details from high‑level business requests.
Working knowledge of query languages such as SQL.
High level of comfort manipulating data in Excel / Access.
Solid understanding of testing and test case development.
Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education
Knowledge of JAVA and Angular.
Experience with prototyping applications such as Axure.
Familiarity with Copilot.
Eligibility Requirements
Must be willing to submit to a background investigation and drug test as part of the selection process.
