Position Lawn Pride is looking for energetic, outgoing individuals to join our sales team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting new people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by performance-based rewards.
Responsibilities You’ll be responsible for engaging with potential customers in residential areas, presenting our products/services, and closing sales. No prior sales experience? No problem – we provide training and support to help you succeed!

Schedule
Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Some Saturday work required during peak seasons
Requirements
Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must pass a criminal background check
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales experience is a plus, but not required

Comfortable working independently and outdoors
Enjoys interacting with people and building rapport
Willing to learn and grow in a sales career
Pay The compensation structure is a flat base plus commissions. The criteria will be determined by the Sales professional and General Manager.
