We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our team! You will oversee project Supervision, planning, scheduling, and implementation. Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications Qualifications: Previous experience in construction management or other related fields Commercial ground up construction experience required Familiarity with construction management software Strong leadership qualities Deadline and detail-oriented Company Description Medium size commercial construction company specializing in the restaurant and petroleum industry Company Description Medium size commercial construction company specializing in the restaurant and petroleum industry
