We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of HVAC systems across commercial and residential properties. Your expertise will ensure optimal indoor air quality, energy efficiency, and reliable climate control. Duties Perform routine HVAC maintenance and inspections. Diagnose common issues with residential or light commercial systems. Repair components such as capacitors, contactors, thermostats, motors, and basic electrical controls. Install HVAC equipment with supervision or as part of a crew. Read wiring diagrams and use diagnostic tools (multimeters, gauges, etc.). Follow safety procedures and EPA regulations. Communicate professionally with customers. Complete service reports and Qualifications An EPA Section 608 certification. 1-5 years of HVAC experience. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently or as part of a team
