Part of The Bicester Collection, Wertheim Village doesn't do ordinary. Nestled within one of Germany's most picturesque wine-growing regions, just 50 minutes from Frankfurt, our open-air, pedestrianised Village is home to more than 110 boutiques, a celebrated food and drink scene, and a team that refuses to stand still.

The Hospitality team is hiring a Concierge (m/f/d).

The role

In this role, you will create memorable and personalised experiences for guests visiting Wertheim Village. You will act as an ambassador for our hospitality offering, proactively engaging with guests, supporting a wide range of concierge services, and collaborating with internal teams and brand partners to ensure exceptional service standards. Your contribution will play a key role in enhancing guest satisfaction and strengthening the Village's reputation for world-class hospitality.

Location: Wertheim Village, office-based with a strong on-site guest-facing presence, including weekend work

Starting minimum salary: € 42,000.00 per year

What you'll be doing

A few of the key responsibilities in this role:

• Create outstanding guest experiences by providing tailored recommendations, assistance, and hospitality throughout the guest journey.
• Support and promote Village services, loyalty programmes, gift cards, and additional offerings while responding to guest requests and enquiries.
• Work closely with boutiques, guest services, security, housekeeping, and other stakeholders to identify service improvement opportunities and maintain high guest satisfaction levels.

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in hospitality, tourism, leisure, retail, or another customer-focused environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging with international guests and delivering exceptional service.
• Strong organisational skills, flexibility, and the ability to remain calm under pressure, combined with fluency in German and English.
