About

To support the Knowledge Engineering Transformation team, the remote Senior Technical Content Engineer will develop, review, and maintain high-quality technical documentation for security and AI-driven solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging modern content management tools. Key responsibilities
Develop and maintain technical documentation for security and AI solutions Collaborate with teams to plan and execute content programs from ideation to publication Utilize tools like Markdown, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines to manage content workflows
Required qualifications
4+ years of experience in technical content development, technical writing, or content program management for software or cloud products 2+ years of experience with docs-as-code workflows, including Markdown and GitHub Proficiency in software development and scripting languages such as Python and JavaScript/TypeScript Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and familiarity with AI/ML platforms Strong understanding of software development concepts, version control, APIs, and command-line tools
