You will be the Data Analyst Sr for the Production Planning & Control (PP&C) department. Our team is responsible for delivering data‑driven insights that guide business decisions and improve operational performance. What You Will Be Doing As the Data Analyst Sr you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing production‑planning data, turning insights into actionable recommendations, and supporting cross‑functional decision‑making. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Collect, process, and analyze data to answer business questions and support PP&C objectives. Develop interactive dashboards and visual narratives that communicate insights clearly. Collaborate with leadership and cross‑functional teams to define problem statements, modeling approaches, and ground rules. Manage data quality, oversee data‑scraping activities, and resolve data issues promptly. Track key performance indicators and support program‑management tasks related to cost and schedule.

Basic Qualifications: - Bachelors degree from an accredited university - Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance to perform job duties - Experienced in scripting (one or more common languages e.g., Python, R, SQL) and data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) - Strong analytical skills and understanding of system databases, data elements, data structures and hierarchies, and/or application software solutions to optimize data gathering and analysis - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Desired Skills: -Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (Industrial, Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, etc.), Physics, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Data Analysis, Mathematics - Ability to interact with the customer and senior leadership as the subject matter expert to present and work through data issues and discrepancies - Familiar with working in a SAFe agile framework environment and in a product owner support role - Ability to define technical solutions against business opportunities - Experience with continuous improvement initiatives - Experience deconstructing complex operations into component data problems for distributed work across teams - Experience creating executive level presentations to include summary and talking points - Experience with application of scientific methods for testing and debugging, problem resolution, root-cause analysis - Experience in HANA and/or Oracle - Ability to adapt business processes into automated tools - Experience collecting and compiling datasets from disparate data sources into the required data structure - Ability to perform analysis via multi-criteria decision modeling including life-cycle cost analysis, performance & cost trade-offs, and business case analysis - Experience in the reconciliation process - Experience with impact analysis and RCCA - Proficiency with MS Office tool suite Security Clearance Statement:

Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings. Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position:

The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $98,300 - $170,315. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500 - $150,765. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered:
Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
