What You'll Do
Meet with homeowners to assess their comfort needs
Present HVAC system replacement and upgrade options
Educate customers on equipment, efficiency, and indoor air quality solutions
Build trust through honest recommendations and transparent communication
Follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships
Work closely with our installation and service teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
What You Bring to the Table
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A genuine desire to help customers solve problems
Integrity and professionalism
Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset
Ability to learn and adapt quicklyHVAC experience is preferred but not required
Sales experience in home services, construction, or related industries is a plus
