Stable, friendly work environment with year-round employment and work life balance Duties: Performs preventative maintenance on all types of HVAC equipment Inspects and repairs all types of HVAC equipment in the work area Performs routine repairs on HVAC systems (exhaust fans, refrigerators, etc.) Cleans and maintains all work areas and equipment regularly (e.g., vacuum cleaners, trash cans, mops, etc.) Performs other duties as assigned (e.g., painting, cleaning, etc.) Install, repair, and maintain air conditioning and heating systems Provide field service for HVAC systems Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment Company Description Small growing family own company.
