Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and servicing residential and/or light commercial heating and cooling systems. We're looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates well with customers, and can work independently in the field. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems Perform routine preventative maintenance and system inspections Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, airflow, and mechanical issues Install replacement parts and recommend system improvements when needed Maintain accurate service records and work orders Communicate findings and repair options clearly with customers Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures Participate in on-call rotation as needed
