We're seeking a reliable, self-motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Molalla, Oregon! Visit us at Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems for residential and light commercial clients. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues, ensuring efficient operation. Maintain accurate records or work performed and parts used Perform routine maintenance and inspections. Maintain a clean and professional job site. Provide excellent customer service and clear communication. Utilize strong time management skills to ensure efficient project completion. Adhere to safety protocols and company standards. Requirements: At least 3 years of HVAC experience. EPA certification required. Minimum high school diploma or GED. Strong communication skills. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to stay on task. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: 5 years of HVAC experience. Strong diagnostic skills is a plus. Ability to adapt to changing schedules and customer priorities. Familiarity with water source heat pumps.
