About
Perform routine maintenance tasks (e.g., cleaning coils, replacing belts, lubricating motors, changing air filters). Inspect and test HVAC electrical components, refrigerant pressures, and motors to detect potential issues before they cause failures. Perform minor repairs, such as tightening connections, replacing belts, and adjusting system controls. Complete detailed service records, maintenance checklists, and inspection reports. Adhere to all safety protocols and EPA regulations regarding refrigerant handling. Communicate with clients regarding system performance, maintenance recommendations, and repairs. This position will be training to become a technician Job Requirements Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and work in various weather conditions. Previous experience in HVAC maintenance or repair, would be preferred
