Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Coordinator role based in Irving, TX. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing incoming inquiries, preparing quotes and proposals, and coordinating project details with clients and internal teams. Daily responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date sales records, tracking opportunities and activities in the CRM system, and scheduling sales appointments and follow-ups. The role will also involve assisting with bid preparation, assembling supporting documentation, and ensuring timely and accurate communication with customers. The Sales Coordinator will collaborate closely with operations, project managers, and accounting to help ensure a smooth handoff from sales to service delivery.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to support quoting, scheduling, documentation, and CRM updates.
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Basic Sales skills, including lead follow-up, opportunity tracking, and assistance with proposals.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities with keen attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Comfort with office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM software); experience in moving, logistics, or related industries is a plus.
Ability to work on-site in Garland, TX, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in business, sales, or a related field is beneficial.
