Responsibilities
RTL design & simulation (VHDL, Verilog, SystemVerilog)
Develop UVM test environments
Perform static timing, linting, and CDC analysis
Support DO-254 certification (DAL-A)
Participate in FAA auditsManage full hardware lifecycle: requirements, design, synthesis, place & route
Provide technical & process guidance to offshore teams
Requirements
Strong FPGA/ASIC verification experience (5+ years minimum)
Experience with DO-254 documentation & processes
Ability to mentor & coordinate remote teams
Strong communication skills
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 a year
