About

Lead the technical architecture, planning, and delivery of enterprise cloud applications and data platforms. Design, review, and guide implementation of cloud solutions across AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud environments. Serve as a technical liaison between engineering teams, government stakeholders, and business users. Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable, secure cloud architectures. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, system designs, and implementation roadmaps. Manage project schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies while ensuring technical quality. Support system modernization, data integration, and cloud migration initiatives. Ensure compliance with government, healthcare, and data governance standards. Facilitate technical reviews, status briefings, and stakeholder meetings. Support Agile or hybrid delivery models, working closely with developers, data engineers, and security teams.
Required Qualifications Extensive hands-on experience delivering cloud solutions in AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud (architecture and implementation, not just oversight). Demonstrated experience combining technical leadership with project management responsibilities . Experience supporting public health, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare data systems . Strong understanding of healthcare systems, regulatory environments, and data management practices. Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments. Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Public Health, Engineering, or a related field. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills. Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Trello). (required for government contract eligibility). Ability to pass a federal background investigation.
