Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Millwork Sales and OSR (Outside Sales Representative) position located in North Reading, MA. The role involves interacting with customers to address millwork needs, providing expert guidance on products and services, fostering long‑term client relationships, and driving sales. Additional responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, collaborating with internal teams to fulfill customer orders, and keeping up‑to‑date with industry trends to provide the best possible solutions for clients.
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
Sales expertise including relationship‑building and consultative selling
Ability to facilitate training and provide product knowledge to customers and team members
Experience in sales management, including meeting sales goals and developing growth strategies
Self‑motivated, organized, and detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Familiarity with millwork products and the building materials industry is a plus
Proficiency with sales tools and technology
Driver’s license and reliable transportation required for customer visits
