Dassault Systèmes’ award-winning
Graduate Development Program (GDP)
is a 12-month, training program designed for new and recent college graduates. This Program will accelerate your professional growth, leadership opportunities, and hands‑on experience in a global technology leader.
What You’ll Do
Participate in an immersive boot camp, learning Dassault Systèmes’ solutions, business model, and processes
Collaborate with the North American Business Development Team in support of Company growth and market expansion
Engage with the Sales Transaction Support team to understand the end-to-end sales process through hands on activities, learning the tools and engaging with multiple stakeholders
Engage in hands‑on customer outreach, including warm and cold calls, gaining practical experience with tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Develop your presentation and pitching skills through corporate storytelling and learning sessions in our Americas Customer Briefing Center
Participate in project work, shadowing, and receiving mentorship from seasoned 3DS leaders, accelerating your readiness for customer-facing roles
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in STEM or Business
Up to 2 years’ experience in a client‑facing role
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work onsite at our Waltham, MA Campus
Familiarity with Dassault Systèmes’ brands or industries is a plus
U.S. Citizenship or Green Card required
