The Maintenance Supervisor is a frontline maintenance leadership role for the Warminster, PA facility and will directly lead a team of four Maintenance Technicians to deliver safe, reliable, and efficient maintenance execution across production, blending, packaging, utility, and facility equipment. In this role, you will provide technical guidance, daily coordination, and operational leadership to ensure uptime, equipment reliability, quality, customer service, and strong HSSE performance. You will also support the Plant Engineer / Maintenance Manager in driving maintenance priorities, contractor performance, CMMS accuracy, and continuous improvement.
Full-time role – Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Job Summary
• Provide daily leadership, coaching, and technical support to a team of four Maintenance Technicians
• Plan, assign, and follow up on preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities
• Serve as the frontline escalation point for Operations and coordinate technician response to equipment issues
• Ensure plant assets are maintained to meet uptime, reliability, quality, and safety objectives
• Review, initiate, assign, and close work orders in the CMMS, ensuring accurate labor entry and maintenance history
• Coordinate contractor activities including planning, scheduling, field oversight, and compliance with Control of Work
• Support cost control through parts management, contractor oversight, overtime management, and resource planning
• Approve technician timecards, PTO, overtime, and ensure adequate maintenance coverage
• Ensure compliance with bp standards, site procedures, energy isolation, permits, and risk assessments
• Participate in Control of Work risk assessments and support Planning, Performing Authority, and Isolation Authority responsibilities
• Maintain adequate spare parts and materials to minimize downtime
• Support root cause analysis, incident investigations, and integration of lessons learned
• Conduct and coach Safety Observation Conversations and Quality Observation Conversations
• Drive continuous improvement in maintenance execution, PM effectiveness, equipment reliability, and team capability
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Technical school, trade certification, associate degree, or equivalent industrial maintenance experience (preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing, chemical, lubricants, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, packaging, or similar environments
• Prior leadership, supervisory, or coordination experience (preferred)
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills across production, blending, packaging, utility, and facility equipment
• Experience with pumps, valves, conveyors, blending systems, packaging equipment, hot oil systems, steam systems, and related assets
• Experience using CMMS platforms such as SAP, Ultimo, Maximo, or similar
• Working knowledge of energy isolation, permit-to-work, job safety analysis, and maintenance risk assessments
• Ability to coordinate contractors safely and effectively
• Strong communication, prioritization, coaching, and decision-making skills
• Demonstrated safety leadership and commitment to quality, customer service, and continuous improvement
• Basic computer skills (email, data entry, document review, CMMS, reporting tools)
