Part Time - Monday-Friday, Hours to be determined
Salary - $65,000-$75,000 (negotiable)

Evaluate and test individuals served and develop effective treatment plans while providing quality service.
Administer treatment programs for individuals served and communicate treatment needs to staff.
Provide re-evaluation, programmatic changes, and effectively manage a caseload.
Set up appropriate home exercise programs for individuals served and perform home evaluations.
Maintain documentation including report of services, weekly schedule to meet therapy goals of staff and individuals served.
Serve on rehabilitation treatment team, including meetings, attending conferences, departmental meetings for program development, and establishing a system of operations for team enhancement.
Collaborate with physicians, staff, professionals/paraprofessionals, consultants, families, and community resources to ensure effectiveness of occupational therapy program.
Attends training or seminars on a yearly basis to update knowledge and skills.
Completes all mandatory training offered by CCS.
Provides/Participates in in-service programs in areas of expertise for OT and all of CCS staff as requested.
Participates in maintenance of targeted departmental budget and monitoring of equipment.
Adheres to Service Monitoring System (SMS) standards for department, accreditation and licensure standards, and ethics of confidentiality.
Performs other related duties and activities as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and one-year human services experience
One year experience in Neuro-rehabilitation preferred
Must be licensed OT/L in state and a member in good standing with American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)
Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directs and supervises assigned staff, including performance evaluations, scheduling, orientation, and training.
Makes decisions on employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, discipline, terminations, and similar actions. Resolves employee problems within position responsibilities.
Physical Requirements:
Heavy Work. Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Other Requirements:
Travel as needed
