Associate Engineer positions are salaried, 12‑week, and designed for students who have already earned a bachelor’s degree (or will before starting). Students still in school are encouraged to apply for the Intern track.
Role
Perform reliability analyses on satellite systems
Work with the reliability design team to analyze flight hardware
Support DFMEA efforts
Write code to evaluate performance and automate testing of satellite hardware
Requirements
Four‑year degree in electrical or computer engineering, physics, or equivalent technical degree
Interest in learning about, designing, and working with electronics systems
Passion for hardware development, including working in a fast‑paced environment and hands‑on design and development
Demonstrated ability to personally design, build, and test hardware from scratch
U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, or protected status as required by U.S. Government space technology export regulations

Bonus Skills
Experience with agentic AI systems
Experience with SPICE‑based simulators (LTSpice, PSPICE, ADS, etc.)
Familiarity with standard EE lab bench (power supply, oscilloscope, multimeter, etc.)
Experience with Python
Compensation Base salary: $1,925 per week.
