About
Responsibilities
Project lead managing the City’s enterprise LMS and related learning and performance management platforms.
Lead and support technology initiatives, system enhancements, and modernization projects that enhance various Human Resources systems and functions.
Perform related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, human resources, training and instructional design, or a closely related field.
Three (3) years of full-time experience in project management and designing, updating, and overseeing the daily administration of key LMS and HR systems.
Experience in project management, including development and delivery of eLearning courses, learning paths, curricula, tests, performance evaluations, training and development plans, and a variety of learning materials.
Desirable: Experience with HRIS/LMS integrations (e.g., PeopleSoft).
Desirable: Experience supporting enterprise-wide learning programs and tool integrations across diverse functions.
Desirable: UX/UI design experience.
Desirable: Project management skills leading HR technology initiatives with diverse teams.
Salary and Benefits
Competitive Salary Range of $80,250.18 - $120,375.26 annually.
Base Wage increase upon successful completion of initial probationary or qualifying period.
Annual Pay Adjustment Increase or Lump Sum Bonus.
Four (4)-Day, 38-hour workweek (Monday to Thursday).
Expected schedule Monday - Thursday, 7:00am - 5:00pm.
Position may be eligible for remote work up to two days per week upon completion of initial probationary period.
