Our client is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join their growing IT organization. This role will play a key part in strengthening and modernizing network infrastructure across multiple locations. About the Team
Historically, this client has operated with a lean engineering team made up of "jack-of-all-trades" professionals. As the organization evolves, they are investing in building a more specialized team structure, with dedicated expertise across Infrastructure and Security functions. Position Details
This is a hands-on, on-site role requiring candidates to be local, as the position involves physical support and work across multiple facilities. Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure Manage and support routers, switches, and LAN/WAN environments Troubleshoot network performance and connectivity issues Support network security initiatives, including Cisco ISE Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams on ongoing improvements Required Skills & Experience
Strong background in network engineering Hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches Expertise in LAN/WAN environments Experience with Cisco ISE CCNP certification (preferred or equivalent experience) Nice to Have
Experience with F5 load balancers Experience Level
Senior / Expert-level network engineering experience required. Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kenosha, WI. Pay and Benefits
Pay range: $55.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
