UWorld is seeking a motivated and results-driven
Account Executiv e to join our Inside Sales team in our Dallas office. In this role, you will drive revenue growth within an assigned territory by building meaningful relationships with educators, administrators, institutions, and other key stakeholders. You will identify new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and help customers discover solutions that support teaching, learning, and student success.
The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship builder with strong business development skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for delivering value to customers. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems, and are motivated by achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Primary Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities to build a strong customer pipeline and grow revenue within an assigned territory
Develop and execute strategic outreach and marketing initiatives to generate leads and expand market presence
Build and maintain relationships with educators, administrators, institutional leaders, and other key decision-makers
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing while maintaining accurate pipeline activity
Support and grow existing customer accounts by identifying expansion opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service
Schedule, organize, and deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations, both virtually and in person
Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to promote UWorld solutions and strengthen customer relationships
Conduct market research and provide feedback on customer needs, competitive trends, and emerging opportunities
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership on strategic initiatives and special projects
Consistently meet or exceed sales activity metrics and revenue goals
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required.
3+ years of business development, inside sales, account management, or sales and marketing experience, preferably in education, technology, publishing, SaaS, or a related industry.
Experience selling into K-12, higher education, healthcare education, professional education, or similar markets is a plus.
Previous teaching or educational experience is beneficial but not required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with outstanding grammar and presentation abilities.
Comfortable engaging prospects and customers through phone, email, video conferencing, and in-person meetings.
Strong public speaking skills with the confidence to present products and communicate value effectively.
Proven ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment.
High energy level with a positive, customer-focused attitude and a desire to exceed expectations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, CRM systems, and online research tools
