Our dedication to accelerating AI underscores our mission to enrich the future of humanity.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Analog Circuit Design Engineer to design analog and mixed-signal IP blocks for mobile SoCs. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in FinFET transistor operation and device dynamics, analog and mixed signal design (op-amps, band-gap, LDO and ADC/DAC), complex AC/DC analysis, feedback loop theory, digital standard cells (flip-flops, latches, level shifters and logic cells), low-power design techniques.Key Responsibilities-Define mixed-signal design architectures and design analog and/or digital blocks; document specifications and design assumptions.-Perform transistor-level feasibility studies and detailed performance analysis; propose and implement design improvements based on simulation results.-Model system-level digital control behavior to validate and optimize analog circuit functionality.-Drive layout reviews and provides guidance for layout engineer to achieve best circuit performance Perform T/O quality design verification including EM/IR and timing analysis, work with ESD team to ensure design meets company’s quality requirements.-Provide feasible analog design test plan suitable for mass production-Coordinate with top-level BE/FE integrator to prepare required design model for integration. Main Requirements and Qualifications
MS or PhD degree in Computer Engineering /Electronic Engineering or Computer Science. 5 years+ analog/mixed-signal design experience Experience with data converter, LDO or PMIC design Working knowledge of Cadence Virtuoso, Custom Compiler, Spectre, AMS, Matlab, Simulink and other circuit design simulation or modeling tools. Strong script programming skill in Tcl, Perl, or Python scripting languages is required, experience on SKILL and shell script is a plus. Skills and knowledge of transforming silicon measurements to performance/spec compliance validation. Salary range: $159,600 - $227,400 annually. Employee may be eligible for performance bonus, short and long term incentive programs. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
