$64,000 / year target earnings.
Route Sales Representatives are critical to our success at FritoLay! They deliver, sell, and merchandise FritoLay’s complete line of products—including Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, and Fritos—to local stores such as gas stations, dollar stores, and grocery stores. A Route Sales Representative drives a FritoLay truck to different stores, works independently to unload orders and merchandise product, and partners with store managers to increase sales, place orders, and maintain records throughout the day.
In this role, frequent tasks include:
Learn the basics of the role in four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training with our team members.
Run routes for team members, experience different stores, and meet new customers.
Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives.
Attain a route with set days off / schedule with time.
Work in a fun, fast-paced, and physical environment.
Minimum qualifications:
Be 21 years of age or older.
Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
