Responsibilities
Manages the activities of all sales staff ensuring sales targets and customer service levels are achieved. Responsible for training, cross‑training, and development of all sales staff. Ensures sales goals are attained. Manages daily activity & training of the sales staff. Ensures sales people are engaging with customers. Addresses and resolves customer concerns. Qualifications
Previous Automotive Sales Management experience a plus. Must have a proven track record with an exceptional CSI. Strong communication and customer engagement skills. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. Benefits
