26970101We are looking to hire an experienced **production support / SRE engineer** to support **business-critical digital asset platforms** (wallets, blockchain-connected systems, transaction processing). **We are looking for candidates from** **strong production engineering capability**. **Must-Have Skills*** 5–8 years’ experience in Production Support / SRE / Platform Engineering* Experience supporting mission-critical, high-availability systems* Strong incident management & troubleshooting experience* Solid Linux / system-level debugging skills* Experience with real-time or distributed systems* Hands-on experience with monitoring/observability tools (e.g. Splunk, Grafana, ELK, Prometheus)* Scripting / automation experience (Python, Java, or similar)* Strong SQL / data investigation skills* Good communication skills (technical and business stakeholders) **Strongly Preferred Backgrounds*** Markets / Electronic Trading (highly relevant)* Payments platforms* FinTech / exchanges* SRE / platform engineering teams at scale **Nice to Have*** Any Digital Assets / Blockchain exposure* Wallets, custody, or node operations* Kubernetes / OpenShift* Security / key management knowledge**Education:*** Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience------------------------------------------------------## **Job Family Group:**Technology------------------------------------------------------## **Job Family:**Applications Support------------------------------------------------------## **Time Type:**Full time------------------------------------------------------## **Primary Location:**Irving Texas United States------------------------------------------------------## **Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:**$96,400.00 - $144,600.00In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
