An Ollie's retail store manager provides leadership for the successful operation of the entire store. They build and lead Associate teams who are passionate about merchandising and creating exceptional customer experiences. This role offers the opportunity to advance in one of the Top 10 fastest growing US retailers.
Primary responsibilities include financial oversight of sales and profit goals, management of payroll budgets, store banking, shrink reduction, and other key company initiatives. The manager also demonstrates Ollie's "Yes I Care, Yes I Can" behaviors, executes on company strategies for merchandising and inventory processes, and acts as a talent grower by coaching, training, and developing store associates.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum of 3 years' retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer, schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a valid driver's license.
Physical requirements include the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push and pull up to 35 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
