Roles and Responsibilities: Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
  • Responsible for end-to-end orchestration of multi-application, enterprise releases, ensuring on-time, low-risk deployments through strong coordination, dependency management, release governance, and transparent reporting.
  • 12+ years in Release Management / Program Delivery / Orchestration
  • Strong experience managing large-scale, multi-stream enterprise releases
  • Hands-on knowledge of Agile / SAFe environments
  • Expertise in risk, dependency, and change management
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Own and manage integrated release calendars across multiple teams and applications
  • Coordinate release planning, readiness, execution, and cutover activities
  • Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and conflicts
  • Drive release gates, go/no-go decisions, and compliance checkpoints
  • Facilitate release execution calls and post-release stabilization
  • Provide clear status, risk, and readiness reporting to stakeholders
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Operations teams
Tools & Environment
  • Jira / Jira Align, Confluence, Azure DevOps (or similar ALM tools)
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and environment management
Preferred
  • SAFe certification (RTE / Agilist)
  • BFSI / regulated industry experience
  • ITIL / Change Management exposure
