Position Requirements:

Ability and willingness to work Monday to Saturday between 5:30 a.m. and 11:30 p.m.

Flexible start and end times

Position is ~90% operational / 10% administrative

When there are 4 operational directors on staff, one Saturday off per month; when there are 6+ operational directors on staff, two Saturdays off per month

Resilience to work 45 to 50 hours per week

Willingness to, on occasion, flex schedule to cover shifts as needed for business

Valid drivers license

Bachelors degree or 5+ years of relevant work experience

Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Salaries and Benefits:

Hourly rate starts at $21.00/hour, depending on experience and qualifications, more depending on qualifications

Annual rate $51,555 at 45 hours/week

Sundays off plus another day of the week, as determined with peer needs and schedules

Benefits package includes:

$500/month for medical premium
