Support technical sales conversations, including demos and implementation planning, while acting as a trusted technical advisor Proactively engage with customers post-purchase to manage integration and drive adoption of the platform Review customer data and assessment results to identify opportunities for improvement and guide effective use of the platform
Required qualifications
Minimum of 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role within B2B SaaS, such as Solutions Engineering or Technical Account Management Experience working with enterprise customers and managing complex stakeholder structures Strong technical literacy, including familiarity with programming languages and REST APIs Proven ability to lead technical discovery and recommend practical solutions based on customer requirements Experience with assessment design, technical hiring, or skills validation is a plus
