Responsibilities include ensuring products and processes meet established quality standards by performing inspections, tests, and audits to identify and resolve defects. Job duties include committing to continuous improvement, completing and maintaining required safety classes, trainings, and certifications, being aware of the relevance and importance of their activities, working their regularly scheduled shift, complying with related IATF/ISO procedures, meeting qualitative and quantitative standards, selecting products for tests, recording test data, applying statistical quality control procedures, part sorting, demonstrating knowledge of the importance of "housekeeping" within the workspace, and other duties as assigned. Education and skill requirements include the ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and orally, a high school diploma or general education degree (GED), minimum one (1) year related experience, working as a team player, reading and interpreting blueprints, fulfilling essential job functions in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner, working with mathematical concepts, applying concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions, knowledge of statistical analysis, precision measurement, and industrial practices, and specializing in any of the following areas of Quality Control: Process and Inventory Control, Incoming Material, Design, Product Evaluation, and Product Reliability. Physical demands include the ability to travel and work throughout the entire facility, within reasonable accommodation, and the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
