About the Role: We’re looking for a Business Analyst to support enterprise-level initiatives for a leading healthcare organization in the Columbus area. This person will act as the bridge between business and IT teams—helping translate business needs into technical solutions while improving processes and driving efficiency across projects.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally, solving problems, and having a real impact on how systems and processes operate.
What You’ll Do:
Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions
Analyze current workflows and systems to identify opportunities for improvement
Create and document requirements, use cases, process flows, and wireframes
Support project teams by tracking progress, identifying risks, and communicating updates
Collaborate with Project Managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery
What You Bring:
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
Strong ability to communicate between technical and non-technical teams
Experience with process mapping and documentation (Visio or similar tools)
Expertise with prototyping or wireframing tools (iRise or similar)
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working with cross-functional teams
