Role Description This full-time, on-site Inside Sales Associate role is based in Kalispell, MT. The Inside Sales Associate will handle inbound and outbound sales calls, provide product information, prepare quotes, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. This role will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring timely follow-up on inquiries and leads. The associate will collaborate with the yard, dispatch, and accounting teams to coordinate deliveries, resolve issues, and support smooth operations. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining updated customer records, monitoring inventory levels related to customer needs, and contributing to a safe, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Inside Sales, with experience handling phone and counter sales in a fast-paced environment.
Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, including clear communication, active listening, and problem resolution.
Ability to perform Lead Generation activities, identify new opportunities, and follow up on prospects promptly.
Experience with Account Management, including maintaining relationships, tracking activity, and supporting repeat business.
Comfort using basic computer systems, CRM or sales software, and standard office applications.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Team-oriented mindset with reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to safety and ethical conduct.
High school diploma or equivalent required; prior sales, metal, construction, or industrial experience is a plus.
