This role is responsible for gathering and analyzing data, improving processes, and collaborating with teams to support business goals. Responsibilities
Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement Gather, organize, and interpret data to support decision‑making Create reports, dashboards, and business documentation Collaborate with different departments to understand business needs Assist in developing strategies and operational solutions Monitor project progress and provide status updates Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis Support process optimization and workflow improvements Requirements
Experience in business analysis, operations, or a related role Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and data analysis Ability to interpret data and present findings clearly Strong communication and organizational abilities Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Familiarity with business processes and project coordination Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
