About

eTeam is seeking a Desktop Support technician in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, for a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension. The candidate will work in a Level 2 support capacity, primarily troubleshooting and repairing software and hardware issues for end users both on-site and remotely. The ideal candidate has experience with Active Directory, SCCM, and ServiceNow, and is skilled in customer service as well as hardware and software support. The position offers a pay range of $21/hr on W2.
