Job Summary :The Analytics Analyst II is a mid-to-senior level individual contributor responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving data reports, analytical tools, and business insights that support decision making across the organization. This role goes beyond maintaining existing reports, it requires a thought partner who actively identifies opportunities to make reporting smarter, faster, and more valuable. The ideal candidate brings strong SQL development skills, a proactive improvement mindset, and the communication ability to work directly with business stakeholders to translate complex data into clear, actionable information.
Principal Duties :
Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server-based reports, dashboards, and analytical tools that support business unit performance monitoring, investor reporting, and executive decision-making. Partner directly with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, gather requirements, and translate them into accurate and efficient data solutions. Continuously evaluate existing reports and processes and recommend improvements that reduce manual effort, increase accuracy, or enhance business insight. Support ad-hoc analytical requests and special projects as needed, applying analytical thinking to surface insights beyond the surface-level data. Minimum Qualifications:
Knowledge, Experience, Skills, and Abilities which are
REQUIRED
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. 2+ years of hands-on Microsoft SQL Server development experience, along with SSRS and Python Accountability and ownership mindset Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain data findings clearly Knowledge of Financial Principles. Preferred Qualifications:

PREFFERED
Experience working with investor reporting, portfolio performance, or regulatory reporting Experience in the mortgage servicing, financial services, or lending industry. Physical Demands of the Job:
