About

Administering Windows development, test, and production servers, the full-time Level 2 NOC Systems Administrator will focus on troubleshooting complex Windows OS issues, performing system monitoring, and managing software installations in a remote environment. Key responsibilities
Administer Windows servers, including patching, GPO configuration, and OS hardening Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to Windows OS and Active Directory Perform daily monitoring of Windows systems and initiate proactive remediation
Required qualifications
BA/BS degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination Strong experience with Windows troubleshooting and server administration Ability to support 24/7 operations and rotating shifts U.S. Citizenship and U.S. residency required Linux credentials are a plus if permitted
