We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative / Sales Support professional to join our team and become a key part of delivering exceptional service to our customers. Youll be the link between our customers, suppliers and sales team
managing enquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders and helping bring exciting branding and office projects to life. What were looking for: Experience in customer service, sales support or administration. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects. A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for helping customers. Confidence using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel). Experience in print, signage, office furniture, promotional products or similar industries would be an advantage
but attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
