Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential small and medium-sized business clients in the German market to generate new leads
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing & potential clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Promptly handle & solve customer objections and complaints
Qualifications
Native level of the German language
Very good English skills
Technical expertise and comprehension of cloud computing concepts
High adaptability in dynamic working environments & rotating shifts
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Client‑centric mindset
1 year of experience in sales/telesales & customer relationship management is required.
