Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time. Ability to work a flexible schedule. Must be able to work nights weekends and holidays as needed. Ability to manage multiple and simultaneous responsibilities and to prioritize scheduling of work. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain a positive attitude. Ability to determine appropriate course of action in more complex situations. Ability to handle difficult situations involving patients, physicians, or others in a professional manner. Ability to maintain confidentiality of all medical, financial, and legal information. Ability to communicate with co-workers and other department staff with professionalism and respect. Knowledge of environmental services processes and procedures.
Required Experience:Work Experience: One year of work related experience utilizing various floor equipment (i.e. burnishers, auto scrubbers, side by side buffers, steamers). License/Registration/Certification: None Education and Training: High School diploma or equivalent education preferred.
