CNA-M (Med Tech)Job Location: Waterville, Maine Company Name: Mount Joseph at Waterville Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, compassionate, and caring CNA-M (Med Tech) to join our team at Mount Joseph at Waterville. This is a full-time position with 12-hour shifts on our 5:45a-6:15p shift. As a valued member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of our residents. Purpose of Your Job Position: The primary purpose of your job position is to administer medications on your assigned unit in accordance with established procedures and perform other duties as may be directed by your supervisor to assure an on-going program of care designed to meet the comprehensive assessment of each resident's needs. Major Duties and Responsibilities: • Record all entries on Medication Administration Record (MAR) • Use the photo card in vision to identify residents before administering medications, fluids, etc., as necessary • Report all accidents and incidents you observe on the shift that they occur • Use only authorized abbreviations established by this facility when recording information • Report all changes in the resident's condition to the Charge Nurse as soon as practical Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent required • Certified Nursing Assistant - Medication (CNA-M) certification • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents as needed About the Role: As a CNA-M (Med Tech) at Mount Joseph at Waterville, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
