About
Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and construction professionals Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory Conduct regular customer visits, job site meetings, and follow-ups Provide product knowledge, pricing, and solutions based on customer needs Prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure accurate and timely fulfillment Collaborate with branch and operations teams to ensure excellent service delivery Meet or exceed sales goals, margin targets, and territory growth objectives Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs Qualifications
2+ years of B2B sales experience (construction, building materials, distribution, or contractor sales preferred) Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a territory-based role Experience working with contractors, builders, or trade professionals is highly preferred Valid driver’s license required Ability to travel locally within assigned territory daily
