About

Owning the design system for multiple products, the full-time Staff Design Engineer will manage the component library, React codebase, and design language while integrating AI tooling to enhance development workflows in a remote setting. Key responsibilities
Own and maintain the design system, including the component library and documentation Encode quality standards into the system and collaborate with the AI Enablement team to enhance design rules Partner with front-end engineering and product design teams to ensure seamless adoption and implementation of components
Required qualifications
5-8+ years of experience in product design and front-end engineering Deep proficiency in React and experience with component architecture and code quality Expert-level skills in design tools and design system management Fluency with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex Experience building and maintaining a design system used by multiple teams in production
