We are looking for passionate, motivated individuals to join our Sales Department. As a key member of our team, you will partner with us to drive the long-term success of our customers. This is a
full-time, in-person, inside sales position
based at our Ventura facility, with no travel required. We are seeking a positive, self-driven individual who thrives both independently and collaboratively, and who fits into our culture of merit-based opportunity and continuous growth.
Position Overview You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new accounts while cultivating long-term relationships with an assigned portfolio of customers. Serving as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams (Management, Accounting, Sales & Marketing, Shipping, Warehouse) you will ensure the timely, successful delivery of our products and solutions according to customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Product Expertise:
Gain and maintain comprehensive product knowledge (PK) across all company product lines, applications, and installation methods.
Account Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for your assigned accounts, building strong, long-lasting relationships as a trusted advisor.
Sales Execution:
Prepare accurate price quotations, process sales orders, and ensure the seamless delivery of products to meet client objectives.
Lead Generation & Outreach:
Actively engage with potential customers—including architects, contractors, specifiers, and installers—via telephone, email, and virtual platforms without hesitation.
Presentations:
Prepare and deliver professional presentations and educational webinars to channel partners and industry professionals.
Growth & Collaboration:
Identify new market opportunities and collaborate with co-workers and management to achieve sales growth targets.
Customer Service Excellence:
Maintain a positive, friendly, and solution‑oriented attitude during all customer interactions, handling complex or difficult situations calmly and confidently.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years of sales or account management experience, preferably in a related industry.
Industry Knowledge:
Experience dealing with the construction industry, contractors, and architects is highly preferred. Familiarity with
CSI Division 9/10 specifications
is a major plus.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in utilizing CRM and ERP software; experience with
Odoo, Intuit Enterprise Suites, Shopify, Magento, and other e‑commerce platforms
is a significant advantage.
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong listening abilities, and confident negotiation and presentation skills.
Core Skills:
Robust foundational math skills for calculating project layouts, quantities, and quotes.
Mindset:
A proactive, resilient, and passionate approach to business development with a genuine enjoyment for sales.
